According to industry statistics, the use of telehealth has increased from an estimated 250,000 patients in 2013 to an estimated 3.2 million in 2018.*

Who can use telehealth?

Anyone! Technology has advanced to such a degree that even treatments like EMDR and group therapy can be offered virtually. If you are interested in scheduling a virtual visit your clinician will review what you can expect and the two of you will be able to address any concerns or limitations you may encounter.

Why

Telehealth

The Covid-19 Pandemic has shown the world that telehealth is a viable way to deliver quality healthcare. Nowhere is this more true than for mental health. We are proud to announce that we have contracted with Doxy.me, a leading telehealth platform, to provide a HIPAA compliant portal that all of our patients can use to meet with their clinician. Receiving care when and where you need it should be a right of every patient and we are thrilled to be able to provide this great option.

But what about Insurance...

Although each insurance plan is different we are finding that nearly all commercial carriers are starting to accept telehealth claims. If in doubt we recommend reaching out to your carrier to confirm your specific coverage. Click on the Insurance link at the bottom of the page to learn more about what insurances we accept.

What are my next steps?

Everyone has questions when trying something new. Feel free to reach out and we will be happy to review the entire process from beginning to end.
